<p>Sommerzeit ist auch Tomatenzeit! Das leckere Sommergemüse ist wunderbar vielseitig und so kommt es nicht nur als Salat zum Einsatz, sondern gern auch in warmen Speisen. Hier zum Beispiel in Form einer schmackhaften Galette. Galette? Dies ist die französische Bezeichnung für runde, flache Kuchen, Pfannkuchen oder auch Crêpes. Sie werden entweder aus Kartoffeln, Getreide wie Hirse, Hafer oder Mais oder traditionell aus Buchweizenmehl hergestellt. Die Füllung kann süß oder herzhaft sein.</p>



<p>Ganz traditionell sind die aktuellen Galette-Rezepte sicher nicht, aber deshalb nicht weniger lecker. Wir kombinieren einen herzhaften Teig mit fruchtigen, saftigen Tomaten und würzigem Thymian. Das perfekte Essen für laue Sommerabende.</p>

<p>Taboulé (oder Tabouleh) ist ein leckerer, erfrischender Salat aus der arabischen (speziell syrischen und libanesischen) Küche. Die Hauptzutat: Petersilie! Dazu kommen noch Bulgur, Tomaten, Zwiebeln, Zitronensaft, Minze, Olivenöl &#8211; mehr braucht es nicht für ein rundum leckeres und gesundes Gericht. Taboulé schmeckt hervorragend im Sommer, zum Grillen oder einfach so mit ein paar Oliven und kross geröstetem Brot. Einfach mal ausprobieren!</p>
