<p>Die kalte Jahreszeit ist auch zugleich die Zeit der Disney Filme. Hast du dir schon mal überlegt, wie wohl die Spaghetti mit Fleischbällchen von Susi und Strolch schmecken, während du eingekuschelt auf der Couch liegst und <a href="https://www.streamkontrolle.de/neu-bei-disney-dezember-2022/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">Disney</a> Klassiker schaust? Wir hatten am Sonntag richtig Lust darauf und uns mal ausprobiert!</p>

Die Zwiebel ganz fein hacken. Die Zwiebelmasse zu den Toastwürfeln geben und beides gut durchkneten.</span></div></li><li id="wprm-recipe-84-step-0-1" class="wprm-recipe-instruction" style="list-style-type: decimal;"><div class="wprm-recipe-instruction-text" style="margin-bottom: 5px;"><span style="display: block;">Hackfleisch, Ei, Knoblauch, Zwiebel-Toastmasse, Parmesan und Petersilie in eine Schüssel geben und vermengen. Mit Salz und Pfeffer würzen. Mit einem Teelöffel eine Portion der Masse aufnehmen und dann Bällchen rollen.</span></div></li><li id="wprm-recipe-84-step-0-2" class="wprm-recipe-instruction" style="list-style-type: decimal;"><div class="wprm-recipe-instruction-text" style="margin-bottom: 5px;"><span style="display: block;">Olivenöl in einer Pfanne auf mittlerer Hitze erhitzen und die Bällchen darin ca. 5 Minuten bräunen. Die angebräunten, noch nicht garen, Bällchen aus der Pfanne nehmen, die Hitze runterdrehen und die Bällchen auf einem Teller beiseite stellen. </span></div></li><li id="wprm-recipe-84-step-0-3" class="wprm-recipe-instruction" style="list-style-type: decimal;"><div class="wprm-recipe-instruction-text" style="margin-bottom: 5px;"><span style="display: block;">Für die Sauce Knobauch und Zwiebelwürfel in etwas Olivenöl ca. 2-3 Minuten mit etwas Salz in der Pfanne andünsten. Dann alle Zutaten für die Sauce hinzufügen. Zucchini und Aubergine ebenfalls in die Tomatensoße geben. Alles kurz aufkochen, dann die Hitze runterdrehen. Wenn die Sauce sanft köchelt, die Bällchen in die Sauce geben. Dabei auch den ausgetretenen Fleischsaft mit in die Sauce geben. Alles 10 Minuten auf kleiner Hitze köcheln lassen, die Bällchen dabei ab und zu vorsichtig wenden und die Sauce umrühren. Zum Schluss nochmals mit Salz &amp; Pfeffer abschmecken.</span></div></li><li id="wprm-recipe-84-step-0-4" class="wprm-recipe-instruction" style="list-style-type: decimal;"><div class="wprm-recipe-instruction-text" style="margin-bottom: 5px;"><span style="display: block;">Während die Sauce köchelt, die Pasta nach Packungsanweisung kochen. Fertige Spaghetti mit Fleischbällchen, frisch geriebenem Parmesan und Petersilie garniert servieren. Auf Wunsch mit extra Chiliflocken bestreuen.</span></div></li></ul></div></div>
