<p>Rhabarber hat nicht lange Saison, nur etwa von März / April bis Juni. Doch wenn es soweit ist, weißt du nun, was du mit den süß-sauren Stangen anstellen kannst. Sie sind nicht bei jedem beliebt, weil sie als zu säuerlich empfunden werden. Doch genau dann ist ein saftiger Rhabarberkuchen genau das Richtige: durch das Backen und in Kombination mit dem Teig entsteht eine leckere Mischung zwischen süß und sauer. Also probiere es einfach mal aus und lass dich überraschen.</p>



<p>Und wenn ein saftiger Rhabarberkuchen doch so gar nicht deins ist, ersetze die Stangen einfach durch ein paar Apfelstücke.</p>

Ggf. die letzte Zeit abdecken oder auf die untere Schiene schieben. Herausnehmen, etwas abkühlen lassen, die Form entfernen und genießen!</span></div></li></ul></div></div>
