<p>Taboulé (oder Tabouleh) ist ein leckerer, erfrischender Salat aus der arabischen (speziell syrischen und libanesischen) Küche. Die Hauptzutat: Petersilie! Dazu kommen noch Bulgur, Tomaten, Zwiebeln, Zitronensaft, Minze, Olivenöl &#8211; mehr braucht es nicht für ein rundum leckeres und gesundes Gericht. Taboulé schmeckt hervorragend im Sommer, zum Grillen oder einfach so mit ein paar Oliven und kross geröstetem Brot. Einfach mal ausprobieren!</p>

Die Zwiebeln schälen und ebenfalls in sehr feine Würfel schneiden. Danach beides fein hacken (z.B. mit einem Wiegemesser). Olivenöl nach Geschmack dazugeben, vermengen und alles so abschmecken, dass eine gute Kombination zwischen Säure und Würze entsteht.</span></div></li></ul></div></div>
