<p>Biscotti sind italienische Kekse. Es gibt sie in vielen Geschmacksrichtungen, sogar auch in herzhafter Form. Wir haben wir mal das Rezept für einen Klassiker für dich: mit Mandeln und Vanille. Das Besondere: diese Kekse werden zwei  Mal gebacken, was sie mürbe und somit lange haltbar macht. Aber Achtung: dadurch werden die Kekse recht hart. Bitte wundere dich nicht, das muss so sein! Damit du dir nicht die Zähne ausbeißt, beiße also nicht herzhaft zu! Am besten dippst du die Biscotti in Kaffee oder Tee, so werden sie angenehm weich! </p>

Flach hinlegen, so dass sie sich nicht berühren. Zurück in den Ofen schieben und weitere 25 min. backen.</span></div></li></ul></div></div>
