<li>Das Brot lässt sich auch einfach in veganer Form herstellen: tausche die Butter gegen eine pflanzliche Alternative,  ebenso wie den Käse, den du aber auch weglassen kannst</li>



<li>Probiere verschiedene Formen aus: den Klassiker in der runden Form, etwas Eckiges, oder zu einen &#8222;Tannenbaum&#8220; zu Weihnachten: hierfür fängst du oben mit einem Bällchen an, legst in der nächsten Reihe 2, dann 3 usw. und unten ein längeres Teigstück als &#8222;Stamm&#8220;</li>
