<p>Klassisches Carpaccio ist eine Vorspeise aus der italienischen Küche, die aus feinen, dünnen Scheiben rohem Rindfleisch, Rucolablättern, fein gehobeltem Parmesan, <a href="https://www.ratundwissen.de/was-sind-die-unterschiede-bei-olivenoel/">Olivenöl</a> oder Zitronensaft besteht. Eine andere Möglichkeit, diese Vorspeise zuzubereiten, ist die Verwendung von Roter Bete. Auch sie wird in sehr dünne Scheibe gehobelt und dann mit einem feinen Dressing und wenn man mag weiteren Zutaten serviert. Wir empfehlen ein Birnen-Walnuss-Dressing; diese Zuaten harmonieren unheimlich gut und passen auch sehr gut in diese Jahreszeit. Das Rote Bete Carpaccio ist immer eine leckere Vorspeise, zum Beispiel auch für ein festliches Weihnachtsmenü. So kannst du deine Gäste sicher begeistern.</p>

<p>Dieser leckere Birnen-Mandel-Kuchen ist ein Traum für den Sommer; schmeckt aber auch im Herbst wunderbar. Die Birnen machen den Kuchen schön saftig, die Mandeln sorgen für einen leckeren &#8222;Knack&#8220;. Die Zubereitung ist kinderleicht und erfordert nicht viel Zeit, ungewöhnliche Zutaten oder Aufwand. Außerdem kannst du den Birnen-Mandel-Kuchen super vorbereiten; er schmeckt auch ein oder zwei Tage später noch gut, wenn du ihn verpackt im Kühlschrank aufbewahrst.</p>
