<p>Die Pflaumen haben jetzt Saison, die sollten wir genießen! Pflaumen sind vielseitig verwerbar, sogar auch lecker in herzhaften Gerichten. Doch wir bereiten heute etwas Süßes zu. Allerdings keinen klassischen Pflaumenkuchen (der auch lecker ist, keine Frage), sondern ein Pflaumen-Crumble. Crumbles sind super: du nimmst einfach dein Lieblings-Obst, schneidest es klein, gibst es in eine Auflaufform,  bestreust es mit Streuseln und backst es knusprig. Geht auch richtig gut mit Äpfeln, Beeren, <a href="https://www.fuchsmutter.de/was-kann-man-mit-rhabarber-machen/">Rhabarber</a>, Birnen, Pfirsichen oder was immer du magst. Hier eben mit Pflaumen. Dazu passt eine Kugel Vanilleeis, eine cremige <a href="https://www.geheimegerichte.de/vegane-vanillesauce/">Vanillesauce</a> oder du genießt den Crumble einfach pur. Guten Appetit!</p>
