<p>Bliss Balls, oder auch Energy Balls, sind die kleinen &#8222;Glücks-Kugeln&#8220;, die als leckerer, gesunder Snack für zwischendurch dienen. Im Ursprung sind sie meistens süß; bestehen aus Zutaten wie Nüssen, Kernen, Samen, Trockenfrüchten, Nussbutter und Gewürzen. Wir haben heute mal zwei Rezepte für herzhafte Varianten für dich. Die kleinen Kugeln schmecken richtig gut, machen sich toll beim Picknick, Brunch oder Büffet, als gesunder Pausensnack oder einfach so, wann immer du Lust hast. Viel Spaß beim Ausprobieren!</p>
