<p>Eine Tapenade ist die perfekte Mischung aus mediterranen Aromen – eine cremige Olivenpaste, die in der französischen Küche ihren festen Platz hat. Ob als Brotaufstrich, Dip oder raffinierte Zutat für Saucen und Pasta, sie verleiht jedem Gericht eine würzige Tiefe. Mit wenigen Zutaten und in kürzester Zeit kannst du deine eigene Tapenade herstellen – klassisch mit schwarzen Oliven oder kreativ mit Tomaten, Kräutern und Kapern. Hier erfährst du, wie du die perfekte Tapenade zubereitest!  Teste auxh gerne mal verschiedene Variationen aus, indem du zum Beispiel unterschiedliche Olivensorten nimmst, oder verschiedene Gewürze.</p>
