<p>Noch ist die Zeit der deftigen, herzhaften Gerichte. Da passt dieser leckere Sauerkraut-Linsen-Eintopf doch ganz wunderbar dazu. Eintöpfe sind einfach immer gut: sie lassen sich meist ohne großen Aufwand zubereiten, kommen mit nur einem Topf aus, lassen sich gut nach eigenen Vorlieben anpassen und: schmecken meist am nächsten Tag noch viel besser! Das macht sie zu perfekten Gerichten für mehrere Tage oder viele hungrige Bäuche, zumal sie sich sehr gut in großen Mengen kochen lassen.</p>



<p>Wir hoffen, dieser würzige Sauerkraut-Linsen-Eintopf begeistert dich genau so wie uns. Dazu schmecken zum Beispiel Ofenkartoffeln oder ein Stück Brot. Dann zusammen mit dem Sauerkraut und der Gemüsebrühe in denn Topf geben. Gewürze und Agavendicksaft hinzufügen, alles gut verrühren und solange kochen lassen, bis die Linsen weich sind.
