Den Kürbis ebenfalls putzen, entkernen und in etwa 1 cm große Würfel schneiden. Staudensellerie waschen und würfeln. Pastinaken und Karotten schälen und ebenfalls würfeln. Zwiebeln und Knoblauch schälen und fein hacken.</span></div></li><li id="wprm-recipe-614-step-0-1" class="wprm-recipe-instruction" style="list-style-type: decimal;"><div class="wprm-recipe-instruction-text" style="margin-bottom: 5px;"><span style="display: block;">In einem großen Topf das Olivenöl erhitzen. Zwiebeln darin glasig anbraten, dann den Knoblauch dazugeben und kurz mitbraten. Das restliche vorbereitete Gemüse hinzufügen und einige Minuten anbraten. Nun so viel Brühe angießen, bis das Gemüse gut bedeckt ist. Die Kräuter dazugeben. Tomatenmark und stückige Tomaten mit in den Topf geben und alles gut umrühren.</span></div></li><li id="wprm-recipe-614-step-0-2" class="wprm-recipe-instruction" style="list-style-type: decimal;"><div class="wprm-recipe-instruction-text" style="margin-bottom: 5px;"><span style="display: block;">Die Suppe 20 bis 25 Minuten köcheln lassen, bis alles Gemüse gar ist. Die Bohnen über einem Sieb abgießen, mit Wasser abspülen, abtropfen lassen und kurz vor Ende der Garzeit zur Suppe geben. Die Minestrone zuguterletzt mit Zitronensaft, Salz und Pfeffer abschmecken.</span></div></li></ul></div></div>
