Jedes Teigstück mit den Händen zu einer langen „Stange“ formen und auf ein Backblech mit Backpapier legen. Mit etwas Mehl bestäuben. <p>Vollkornbrot ist nicht nur lecker, sondern auch gesund! Und am allerbesten schmeckt es, wenn du es selber backst. Das hat außerdem den Vorteil, dass du selbst bestimmen kannst, was reinkommt und es gibt keine unerwünschten Zutaten wie beigesetzen Zucker, Konservierungs- oder Farbstoffe. Oft scheut man sich davor, Brot selber herzustellen, da es viel Zeit in Anspruch nehmen kann. Aber nicht mit diesem Rezept: hier erfährst du, wie du ein schnelles Vollkornbrot ohne Hefe zubereiten kannst. Die Zutaten sind fix zusammengerührt; einzig und allein die Backzeit musst du abwarten. Aber dann wirst du mit einem leckeren, saftigen Vollkornbrot belohnt, dass natürlich am besten schmeckt, wenn es noch leicht warm ist! </p>
