Die Kirschen dazugeben und alles kurz köcheln lassen, bis die Masse leicht andickt. Nach Belieben mit Kirschwasser verfeinern. Vom Herd nehmen, die Schokolade einrühren und schmelzen lassen. Gut verrühren, bis eine glatte Creme entsteht.
