Vanilleextrakt und Orangenschale dazugeben und vermengen. Dann Mehl, Backpulver und Salz unter Rühren dazugeben. Anschließend vorsichtig die Cranberries unterheben. Den Teig in Frischhaltefolie wickeln und mind. 30 min. im Kühlschrank lagern.</span></div></li><li id="wprm-recipe-508-step-0-1" class="wprm-recipe-instruction" style="list-style-type: decimal;"><div class="wprm-recipe-instruction-text" style="margin-bottom: 5px;"><span style="display: block;">Den Backofen auf 180° C (Umluft) vorheizen und ein Backblech mit Backpapier auslegen. Den Teig aus dem Kühlschrank nehmen und in 24 Teile teilen. Jeweils zu einer kleinen Kugel formen und dann auf das Backblech legen, dabei etwas platt drücken.</span></div></li><li id="wprm-recipe-508-step-0-2" class="wprm-recipe-instruction" style="list-style-type: decimal;"><div class="wprm-recipe-instruction-text" style="margin-bottom: 5px;"><span style="display: block;">In den Ofen schieben und ca. 10 – 12 min. backen, bis sie leicht gebräunt sind.
